 We
are proud to announce that Keith has been selected
as a trainer for the Western States Mustang
Challenge. His wild horse ( Tina Turner) has
been randomly selected and
he has 100 days to work with her. On June 6,
2008, he will return to Sacramento with Tina
for a three day competition and auction at the
Western States Horse Expo.
The
adventure began on Mar. 8th when Keith and Carla
were scheduled to meet up in Redmond, Or. with
Shelley Simmons, ( a fellow Mustang Challenge
trainer who agreed to
pick up both hers and Keith’s draw in
Sacramento.) Things went haywire in Doris, Ca.
when the mustangs busted out the back end of
the horse trailer and headed for open

the trainers involved in this challenge are
donating their time and expertise,
